The rustic setting provides spectacular views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius, making the atmosphere truly enchanting. Friendly staff were always available to assist and the thoughtfully prepared breakfasts included delightful big salads. However, the steep walk back from the beach can be quite taxing, especially in the summer heat. Limited television options and occasional noise from the nearby road were also drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience.

The sea view from the Double Room was a highlight, offering a stunning backdrop that made mornings enjoyable. The terrace provided a nice space to relax outside and take in the surroundings.
The villa sits 10 minutes uphill from the beach, making access to the coast a workout, especially in the heat. Multiple complaints arose about the television, which only worked partially, providing mostly Italian channels. The breakfast options felt limited and uninspiring, akin to a cheap supermarket selection, and the lack of a menu meant no clear communication about cooked options. Additionally, despite the location being marketed as tranquil, traffic noise from a busy road was disruptive during the night, even waking guests from sleep.

Incredible views every evening while enjoying delicious meals prepared on-site! The family atmosphere made us feel cherished. A cozy path leads down to the beach, perfect for sunset strolls 🌅.
A little challenging to navigate back after dark, but the beauty makes it worth it.

Stunning views and cozy vibe
The stay was amazing! The staff really made us feel at home and shared some awesome tips about local spots. Waking up to that sea view was just beautiful! Didn't care for the workout walk back from the beach, though. Breakfast had some good choices, especially the pastries, which were super fresh.

The view from our room and breakfast terrace was absolutely stunning, and we loved enjoying meals surrounded by lemon and olive trees. There were nice spots to relax and soak in the atmosphere, especially the terrace for a morning coffee. The only downside was that it could be a bit of a trek back after a long day, so wear comfy shoes! 🌅
